This Privacy Policy also applies when you provide us your Personal Information offline (for example upon visiting one of our retail locations).

8. Note Regarding Minors

This Site is intended for persons 21 years of age or older or otherwise state-qualified medical marijuana patients. We do not knowingly collect, use, store, or transfer any Personal Information from minors; provided that to the extent required by state or local laws to effectuate the dispensation of medicine to eligible minors this Site may result in the collection, use, storage, and/or transfer of such individual’s Personal Information. Except as otherwise provided herein, if you are a parent, legal guardian, or another concerned adult that is aware that a user under 18 has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us immediately at info@jushico.com and we will take steps to delete such information.

9. Limiting the Personal Information You Provide Us

You are free to control and limit the Personal Information you provide to us. However, failure to provide all requested Personal Information may cause you to be unable to properly use the Site or be eligible for certain offers, services, and/or content on our Sites.

You can also limit the marketing communications you receive from us by following the link in such communications and completing the opt-out process. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still contact you in certain situations, including when you purchase something from the Site or if your Personal Information may have been compromised.

Our Site is intended for United States customers only.
