Hours of Operation
Our Las Vegas dispensary locations are open 6 AM to 1 AM, seven days a week. Please check individual store pages for Incline Village / Lake Tahoe hours, as they may vary.
Purchase Limits
Under Nevada law, an individual may purchase up to one ounce (28 grams) of marijuana or 3.5 grams of concentrate at one time. These limits apply to both residents and visitors.
Out-of-State Visitors
Out-of-state visitors are welcome at all BEYOND / HELLO Nevada dispensaries. If you are 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID, you may purchase recreational cannabis under the same terms as Nevada residents. Please note that it is against federal law to transport THC products across state lines, even if cannabis is legal in your home state.

Do I need to be at least 21 years old to visit a dispensary in Nevada?
Yes. Under Nevada law, all patrons must be 21 or older and present valid state-issued identification such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
Do I need a medical card to purchase cannabis in Nevada?
No. As long as you are 21 years old with a valid ID, you can purchase recreational marijuana without a medical card in Nevada.
Can I buy from your Nevada dispensary if I am not a Nevada resident?
Yes. Out-of-state visitors who are 21 or older are welcome to purchase recreational cannabis at any BEYOND / HELLO Nevada location. Bring a valid government-issued ID and you are good to go.

Can I take my cannabis purchase back home with me?
It is against federal law to transport THC products across state lines, even if cannabis is legal in the state you are traveling to. All CBD products, however, can legally be carried across state lines.

Yes. In addition to sales and promotions during special holidays and events, BEYOND / HELLO offers a 10% discount to seniors, veterans, and active military service members. Ask a team member for details during your visit.
Can I give marijuana or marijuana products as a gift?
Yes, under certain conditions. The recipient must reside in Nevada, be 21 years of age or older, and the amount must be at or below the legal possession limit. You may gift no more than one ounce of marijuana to a qualifying Nevada resident.
